Potato and Broccoli Gratin

Ingredients
- 400 g Potatoes
- 250 g Broccoli
- 30 g Butter
- 150 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and thinly slice the potatoes. Cut the broccoli into small florets.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Step 3
Arrange the potatoes and broccoli in a baking dish, alternating them.
Step 4
Pour in the water, dot with butter pieces, season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Bake covered for 25-30 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
