Baked Potatoes and Broccoli Gratin

Ingredients
- 500 g Potatoes
- 250 g Broccoli
- 250 ml Water
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the potatoes thinly and cut the broccoli into small florets.

Arrange the potatoes and broccoli in a baking dish, alternating layers.
Step 3
Pour the water mixed with olive oil over the vegetables, season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Bake at 200°C for 25 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
