- 600 g Potatoes
- 2 piece Carrots
- 200 g Spinach
- 40 g Butter
- 250 ml Water
- à volonté g Salt
- à volonté g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Peel and slice the potatoes and carrots into thin rounds.

Butter a baking dish and arrange the vegetables in alternating layers with the spinach.

Pour the water over the gratin, season with salt and pepper.
