Gratin of Potatoes, Broccoli, and Cauliflower
A comforting and satisfying gratin combining tender potatoes with broccoli and cauliflower. Baked until golden and crispy on top.

Ingredients
- 600 g Potatoes
- 300 g Broccoli
- 250 g Cauliflower
- 50 g Butter
- 400 ml Water
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.
Step 2
Cut the broccoli and cauliflower into small florets.
Step 3
Layer alternately in a buttered baking dish: potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower.
Step 4
Pour water over the vegetables, season with salt and pepper, and dot with butter.
Step 5
Bake for 35 minutes until golden and the potatoes are cooked through.
