Potato and Lentil Gratin
A warm and comforting gratin with tender potatoes and lentils, simply seasoned. Serve as a main course.

Ingredients
- 500 g Potatoes
- 200 g Cooked lentils
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 300 ml Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2
Peel and cut the potatoes into slices about 5mm thick.
Step 3
In a baking dish, arrange the potatoes alternating with the lentils.
Step 4
Pour the water, drizzle with olive oil, season generously with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 35 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
