Potato and Spinach Gratin
A rustic and flavorful gratin, perfect as a main course or side dish. Baked until tender and golden.

Ingredients
- 800 g Potatoes
- 200 g Fresh spinach
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 250 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Peel and cut potatoes into thin rounds.
Step 3
Butter a gratin dish and arrange a layer of potatoes.
Step 4
Add fresh spinach, then another layer of potatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Pour the water and dot with butter. Bake for 25 minutes at 200°C.
