Potato and Spinach Gratin
A savory gratin with potatoes, spinach and carrots baked in the oven. A comforting dish perfect for a simple dinner.

Ingredients
- 700 g Potatoes
- 200 g Fresh spinach
- 2 piece Carrots
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 200 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Peel and slice the potatoes thinly.
Step 2
Dice the carrots and chop the spinach.
Step 3
In a baking dish, layer potatoes, then carrots and spinach. Repeat the layers.
Step 4
Pour the olive oil and water over everything. Season generously with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30-35 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
Step 6
Remove from the oven and serve hot.
