- 700 g Potatoes
- 200 g Fresh spinach
- 30 g Butter
- 250 ml Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Peel and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
Step 3
Roughly chop the spinach.
Step 4
Butter a baking dish and alternate layers of potatoes, spinach, salt, and pepper.
Step 5
Pour water over everything and bake for 35 minutes until the potatoes are golden.
