Potato and Spinach Gratin
A simple and generous gratin with layers of potatoes and spinach. A comforting French classic.

Ingredients
- 800 g Potatoes
- 300 g Fresh spinach
- 30 g Butter
- 300 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Peel and slice the potatoes into thin slices.
Step 3
Prepare a baking dish. Lightly butter the bottom.
Step 4
Alternate layers: potatoes, spinach, salt, pepper, until the dish is full.
Step 5
Gently pour water over everything. Dot with small pieces of butter.
Step 6
Bake for 30 minutes until golden and the potatoes are cooked through.
