Potato and Spinach Gratin

Ingredients
- 500 g Potatoes
- 200 g Fresh spinach
- 40 g Butter
- 200 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C. Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.
Step 2
Clean the spinach and chop it roughly.
Step 3
Butter a baking dish and spread half the potatoes.
Step 4
Add a layer of spinach, then the remaining potatoes. Season each layer with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Pour in the water, dot with butter, and bake for 30 minutes until golden.
Step 6
Serve hot directly from the baking dish.
