Potato, Ham and Gruyère Gratin
A classic French comfort dish with layers of potatoes, ham, and cheese gratinéed to golden perfection. Ideal for an easy weeknight meal.

Ingredients
- 800 g Potatoes
- 200 g Ham
- 150 g Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.
Step 3
Cut the ham into small dice.
Step 4
Grate the Gruyère.
Step 5
In a buttered baking dish, layer potatoes, ham, and cheese alternately. Finish with cheese.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper and dot with small pieces of butter.
Step 7
Bake for 35 minutes until golden and potatoes are cooked through.
