Potato, Ham, and Gruyère Gratin

- 800 g Potatoes
- 150 g Ham
- 150 g Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
- 200 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C.

Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.
Step 3
Cut the ham into small cubes.
Step 4
Grate the Gruyère.
Step 5
Layer the potatoes in a buttered baking dish, alternating with ham and Gruyère. Season each layer.
Step 6
Pour the water over the potatoes and sprinkle the remaining Gruyère on top.

Bake for 35 minutes until golden and the potatoes are tender.
