Potato, Ham, and Gruyère Gratin

Ingredients
- 800 g Potato
- 200 g Ham
- 150 g Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
- 200 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and thinly slice the potatoes with a knife.
Step 2
Dice the ham and grate the Gruyère.
Step 3
In a baking dish, layer potatoes, then ham, then cheese. Repeat until ingredients are used up, ending with cheese.
Step 4
Pour the water between layers, season with salt and pepper. Dot the top with butter.
Step 5
Bake at 200°C for 35 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden.
