Potato, Ham, and Gruyère Gratin

Ingredients
- 800 g Potatoes
- 150 g Ham
- 150 g Gruyère
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 250 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly.
Step 3
Dice the ham and grate the Gruyère.
Step 4
Butter a gratin dish and layer the potatoes alternately with ham and Gruyère.
Step 5
Pour water over everything, season, and bake for 35 minutes until golden.
