Potato, Ham and Gruyère Gratin

Ingredients
- 800 g Potatoes
- 200 g Ham
- 150 g Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 250 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.
Step 2
Butter a baking dish. Layer potatoes, then ham pieces, then grated Gruyère. Repeat the layers.
Step 3
Pour water over the top, season with salt and pepper. Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
