Potato, Ham, and Gruyère Gratin
A comforting French classic: layers of potatoes, ham, and cheese baked until golden. Ready in less than 45 minutes.

Ingredients
- 800 g Potato
- 200 g Ham
- 150 g Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.
Step 3
Cut the ham into small pieces and grate the Gruyère.
Step 4
In a buttered dish, alternate layers of potatoes, ham, and Gruyère. Season each layer with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Pour a little water between the layers (about 150ml). Top with grated Gruyère.
Step 6
Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
