Potato Gratin with Ham and Gruyère

Ingredients
- 600 g Potatoes
- 150 g Ham
- 100 g Gruyère flakes
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and slice the potatoes thinly using a cutting board and knife.
Step 2
Cut the ham into small pieces.
Step 3
Butter a baking dish. Layer potatoes, ham, and Gruyère. Repeat. Finish with Gruyère.
Step 4
Bake at 200°C for 35 minutes until golden and potatoes are cooked through.
