Ham and Gruyère Potato Gratin
A classic and comforting gratin with layers of potatoes, ham, and melted Gruyère cheese. Simple, baked to golden perfection, and absolutely delicious.

Ingredients
- 700 g Potatoes
- 150 g Ham
- 100 g Gruyère shreds
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Peel and thinly slice the potatoes with a knife.
Step 3
Dice the ham into small pieces.
Step 4
Butter a baking dish and arrange a layer of potato slices.
Step 5
Add ham, Gruyère, salt and pepper. Repeat the layers.
Step 6
Top with a final layer of potatoes and Gruyère.
Step 7
Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden.
