Ham and Potato Gratin

Ingredients
- 800 g Potatoes
- 200 g Ham
- 300 ml Milk
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C. Peel and slice the potatoes thinly.
Step 2
Dice the ham. Butter a gratin dish and arrange a layer of potatoes, then a layer of ham. Repeat.
Step 3
Prepare the béchamel sauce: melt the butter, add the flour, cook for 2 minutes, then gradually pour in the milk. Season.
Step 4
Pour the sauce over the gratin. Bake for 25 minutes until golden.
