Penne Gratin Vegetarian
A comforting and savory baked pasta dish with penne, rich tomato sauce, and melted Gruyère cheese.

Ingredients
- 300 g Penne
- 500 g Tomato sauce
- 120 g Gruyère
- 2 piece Tomatoes
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Cook penne in salted water for 10-12 minutes, then drain.
Step 3
Chop fresh tomatoes and mix them with the tomato sauce in a bowl.
Step 4
In a baking dish, layer: half the penne, half the sauce, remaining penne, then sauce.
Step 5
Generously top with grated Gruyère and dot with small pieces of butter.
Step 6
Bake for 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
