Simple Penne Gratin
A comforting and easy gratin: penne mixed with butter and salt, baked in the oven.

Ingredients
- 250 g Penne
- 50 g Butter
- 1 liter Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Bring salted water to a boil in a saucepan.
Step 3
Cook the penne according to instructions (about 10 minutes).
Step 4
Drain the penne and mix with butter, salt, and pepper.
Step 5
Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
Step 6
Bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden.
