Ham and Gruyère Penne Gratin

Ingredients
- 200 g Penne
- 150 g Ham
- 80 g Gruyère
- 20 g Butter
- 15 g Flour
- 2 l Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the penne al dente.
Step 3
Prepare a simple béchamel: melt the butter, add the flour, then gradually dilute with a glass of water.
Step 4
Cut the ham into pieces and mix with the cooked penne and béchamel.
Step 5
Pour the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle with grated Gruyère.
Step 6
Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
