Penne and Broccoli Gratin
A comforting French classic: penne baked with crème fraîche, grated Gruyère, and green vegetables for a delicious vegetarian dish.

Ingredients
- 250 g Penne
- 200 ml Crème fraîche
- 100 g Gruyère
- 2 stalks Celery stalks
- 1 piece Carrots
- à volonté pinch Salt
- à volonté pinch Pepper
- 10 g Butter

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Cook the penne in boiling salted water for 10 minutes, then drain.
Step 3
Finely chop the celery and carrots, then mix with the penne and crème fraîche.
Step 4
Pour the mixture into a buttered dish, top with grated Gruyère, and bake for 10 minutes until golden.
