Penne Gratin with Tomatoes and Gruyère

Ingredients
- 250 g Penne
- 300 g Tomatoes
- 100 g Grated Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 1 l Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the penne in salted water according to package directions.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 3
Chop the tomatoes and place them in a baking dish with the cooked penne.
Step 4
Sprinkle with grated Gruyère and dot with butter.
Step 5
Bake for 15 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbling.
