Baked Penne with Tomato and Gruyère
Penne baked with tomato sauce and melted Gruyère: a comforting and hearty dish.

Ingredients
- 300 g Penne
- 500 ml Tomato sauce
- 100 g Gruyère
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 L Water
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the penne for about 10 minutes until al dente.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 3
Pour the tomato sauce into an ovenproof dish.
Step 4
Drain the penne and mix with the tomato sauce.
Step 5
Grate the Gruyère and spread generously over the top of the gratin.
Step 6
Dot with butter and bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is golden.
