Penne Gratin with Tomatoes and Gruyère
A generous French gratin with penne pasta, fresh tomatoes, and melted Gruyère cheese. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 250 g Penne
- 300 g Tomatoes
- 100 g Gruyère
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cook the penne in boiling salted water until half-cooked (about 8 minutes).
Step 2
Dice the tomatoes and place them in a baking dish with the drained penne.
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper, then mix. Sprinkle grated Gruyère on top and dot with small pieces of butter.
Step 4
Bake for 15-18 minutes until the cheese is golden and the pasta is cooked through.
