Penne Gratin with Tomatoes and Celery
A simple and comforting vegetarian gratin: penne cooked with tomatoes and celery, then topped with melted Gruyère. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 250 g Penne
- 300 g Tomatoes
- 100 g Celery
- 100 g Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- à volonté g Salt
- à volonté g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the penne 2 minutes less than the package instructions.
Step 3
Meanwhile, dice the tomatoes and cut the celery into small cubes. Sauté them in a pan with a little butter for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Drain the penne and mix with the tomatoes and celery. Pour into a baking dish.
Step 5
Sprinkle with grated Gruyère and bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
