Penne Tomato Gratin

Ingredients
- 250 g Penne
- 300 ml Tomato sauce
- 100 g Gruyère
- 20 g Butter
- 1 l Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Bring salted water to a boil and cook the penne 2 minutes under al dente (they will continue cooking in the oven).
Step 2
Drain the pasta and mix it with the tomato sauce in a buttered baking dish.
Step 3
Generously cover with grated Gruyère and dot with butter.
Step 4
Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbling.
Step 5
Remove from the oven and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
