Penne Tuna and Cheese Bake
A classic and flavorful baked pasta dish with tuna, penne and homemade béchamel sauce. Ready in 45 minutes for a comforting family meal.

Ingredients
- 400 g Penne
- 250 g Canned tuna
- 150 g Gruyère
- 50 g Butter
- 40 g Flour
- 500 ml Milk
- 80 g Olives
- à volonté Salt
- à volonté Pepper
- 1 sprig Parsley
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the penne according to package directions in a pot of salted water. Drain.
Step 2
Meanwhile, prepare the béchamel: melt the butter, add the flour and stir for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Gradually pour in the milk while whisking to avoid lumps. Let thicken for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Step 4
Drain the tuna, add it to the béchamel with the chopped olives. Season to taste. Add the pasta and mix.
Step 5
Pour into a baking dish, top with grated Gruyère and bake at 180°C for 15-18 minutes.
