Baked Penne with Ham and Cheese
A classic French baked pasta dish with ham and melted Gruyère. Delicious comfort food that the whole family will love.

Ingredients
- 300 g Penne
- 150 g Ham
- 120 g Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 200 ml Crème fraîche
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 l Water
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the penne 2 minutes before the stated time.
Step 3
Drain the pasta and transfer to a buttered baking dish.
Step 4
Dice the ham and mix with the pasta.
Step 5
Mix the crème fraîche with salt and pepper, pour over the pasta.
Step 6
Generously sprinkle with grated Gruyère and add a few small pieces of butter.
Step 7
Bake for 15-20 minutes until the top is golden.
