Baked Penne Gratin
A simple baked penne gratin with butter and a crispy top. Comfort food at its finest for a cozy dinner.

Ingredients
- 300 g Penne
- 40 g Butter
- 1.5 l Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Bring salted water to a boil and cook penne 2-3 minutes less than package directions (it will continue cooking in the oven).
Step 3
Drain penne and toss with butter cut into pieces in a baking dish.
Step 4
Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Bake for 15-20 minutes until the top is golden and crispy.
