Creamy Penne and Tuna Gratin
A rich and indulgent gratin with penne, tuna, cream, and Gruyère cheese. A complete meal that delights everyone.

Ingredients
- 250 g Penne
- 200 g Canned tuna
- 200 ml Sour cream
- 100 g Gruyère
- 1 piece Onions
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the penne in salted boiling water according to package directions, then drain.
Step 2
Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
Step 3
In a skillet, sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add the drained tuna and mix well for 1 minute.
Step 5
Pour in the sour cream, salt and pepper. Let simmer for 3 minutes.
Step 6
Combine the penne with the tuna-cream sauce in a baking dish. Sprinkle with grated Gruyère.
Step 7
Bake for 10 minutes at 200°C until the gratin is golden.
