Penne Gratin with Cream and Ham
A comforting and indulgent gratin featuring penne pasta, ham, fresh cream, and grated Gruyère cheese.

Ingredients
- 300 g Penne
- 150 g Ham
- 250 ml Fresh cream
- 100 g Gruyère
- 1 white Leeks
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the penne according to package directions, then drain.
Step 2
Meanwhile, slice the leek and ham. Grate the Gruyère.
Step 3
Sauté the leek in butter for 2 minutes, then add the fresh cream.
Step 4
Combine the penne with the cream, ham, and half of the Gruyère. Transfer to a baking dish.
Step 5
Sprinkle with the remaining Gruyère and bake at 200°C for 10 minutes until golden.
