Creamy Penne and Celery Gratin
A comforting baked pasta dish with penne, fresh cream, and melted Gruyère cheese. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 300 g Penne
- 200 ml Fresh cream
- 100 g Gruyère
- 80 g Celery
- 20 g Butter
- à volonté pinch Salt
- à volonté pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Boil salted water and cook the penne 2-3 minutes less than the package instructions (they will finish baking in the oven).
Step 3
Cut the celery into small dice and grate the Gruyère.
Step 4
Drain the penne and toss with the fresh cream, celery, butter, salt, and pepper.
Step 5
Pour the mixture into a baking dish. Generously sprinkle with Gruyère. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is golden.
