Creamy Penne Bake
Penne pasta baked with a rich cream sauce and melted cheese. A comforting French classic ready in 35 minutes.

Ingredients
- 300 g Penne
- 200 ml Sour cream
- 100 g Grated cheese
- 80 g Black olives
- 100 g Onion
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the penne for 11-12 minutes in salted water.
Step 2
Chop the onion finely.
Step 3
Sauté the onion in butter for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Add the sour cream, salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg.
Step 5
Drain the pasta and toss it with the cream sauce and olives.
Step 6
Pour the mixture into a baking dish and top with grated cheese.
Step 7
Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes until golden brown.
