Gluten-Free Pasta Gratin with Ham
Gluten-free pasta mixed with a creamy dairy-free sauce, ham and vegetable cheese, gratinéed in the oven. A savory and comforting family favorite.

Ingredients
- 300 g Gluten-free pasta
- 120 g Ham
- 100 g Dairy-free cheese
- 200 ml Dairy-free cream
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cook the pasta al dente according to package instructions, then drain.
Step 2
Dice the ham. Melt the butter in a pot.
Step 3
Add the dairy-free cream and mix.
Step 4
Stir in the ham, pasta, and half of the cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Transfer to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
Step 6
Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
