Ham and Cream Pasta Gratin
A classic French comfort food: penne baked with ham, crème fraîche, and melted Gruyère.

Ingredients
- 300 g Penne
- 150 g Ham
- 250 ml Crème fraîche
- 100 g Grated Gruyère
- à volonté Pepper
- à volonté Salt
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 piece Onion
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C and cook the penne according to package directions (9-10 minutes).
Step 2
Cut the ham into strips and finely mince the onion.
Step 3
Drain the pasta and place in a buttered baking dish.
Step 4
Mix the crème fraîche, ham, onion, and pepper. Pour over the pasta.
Step 5
Sprinkle with Gruyère and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
