Pasta, Ham, and Broccoli Gratin

Ingredients
- 250 g Pasta
- 300 g Broccoli
- 150 g Ham
- 100 g Gruyère
- 40 g Parmesan
- 25 g Butter
- 1 L Water
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2
Cook the pasta and broccoli together in salted boiling water for 10 minutes, drain well.
Step 3
Cut the ham into small cubes.
Step 4
Mix the pasta, broccoli, and ham in a buttered gratin dish.
Step 5
Combine the grated cheeses and sprinkle generously over the gratin, dot with butter.
Step 6
Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown on top.
