Pasta, Ham and Broccoli Gratin
A classic and generous gratin with pasta, ham, and broccoli gratinéed with cheese. Simple and delicious French comfort food.

Ingredients
- 250 g Pasta
- 150 g Ham
- 200 g Broccoli
- 100 g Gruyère
- 200 ml Milk
- 20 g Butter
- 20 g Flour
- à volonté Salt
- à volonté Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cook the pasta according to package directions. Add the broccoli near the end of cooking. Drain.
Step 2
Cut the ham into pieces. Grate the Gruyère.
Step 3
Make a béchamel: melt the butter, add the flour, mix, then gradually pour in the milk while whisking. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Mix the pasta, broccoli, ham, and béchamel in a baking dish. Sprinkle with Gruyère. Bake for 15 minutes until golden.
