Creamy Pasta Gratin

Ingredients
- 250 g Pasta
- 300 ml Milk
- 100 g Grated cheese
- 30 g Butter
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta in a pot of salted water according to package directions, then drain.
Step 2
Make a roux: melt the butter in a saucepan, then add the flour and stir for 1 minute over medium heat.
Step 3
Gradually pour in the milk while stirring to create a smooth, homogeneous sauce.
Step 4
Simmer for 5 minutes while stirring regularly, then add the grated cheese, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Step 5
Mix the cooked pasta with the sauce in a baking dish.
Step 6
Bake at 200°C for 12-15 minutes until the top is golden and crispy.
