Pasta, Broccoli and Ham Gratin
A creamy gratin with pasta, broccoli and ham baked until golden. Indulgent and comforting, perfect for sharing.

Ingredients
- 300 g Pasta
- 350 g Broccoli
- 150 g Ham
- 120 g Gruyère
- 400 ml Milk
- 30 g Flour
- 30 g Butter
- 2 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta al dente according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
Step 2
Cook the broccoli florets in a skillet with a little butter for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Make a béchamel sauce: melt 30g of butter, add 30g of flour, then gradually pour in the milk while stirring. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Mix the cooked pasta, broccoli and diced ham in a baking dish. Pour the béchamel sauce over top.
Step 5
Sprinkle with grated Gruyère and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes until the top is golden.
