Pasta and Tomato Gratin with Gruyère
A hearty gratin where farfalle pasta mingles with tomatoes, celery, and melted Gruyère cheese. Italian comfort food at its finest.

Ingredients
- 250 g Farfalle
- 300 g Tomatoes
- 100 g Celery
- 80 g Gruyère
- 15 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Step 2
Cook the farfalle in boiling salted water for 10 minutes (keep slightly firm).
Step 3
Slice the celery and cut the tomatoes into cubes.
Step 4
In a baking dish, combine the drained pasta with the tomatoes and celery. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Sprinkle with grated Gruyère and dot with butter.
Step 6
Bake for 15 minutes until golden.
