Pasta Gratin with Tomatoes and Gruyère
An indulgent and easy gratin: farfalle tossed with tomato sauce and Gruyère, baked until golden and crispy on top.

Ingredients
- 250 g Farfalle
- 500 ml Tomato sauce
- 80 g Gruyère
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 l Water
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2
Cook the farfalle in boiling salted water until al dente (8 min).
Step 3
Drain the pasta and mix with the tomato sauce.
Step 4
Pour the mixture into a buttered dish and sprinkle with grated Gruyère.
Step 5
Bake for 20 minutes until the cheese is golden.
