Pasta and Potato Gratin with Dairy-Free Cheese

Ingredients
- 250 g Pasta
- 300 g Potatoes
- 150 g Dairy-free grated cheese
- 100 g Salad
- 1.5 L Water
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Cut the potatoes into thin slices.
Step 3
Cook the pasta and potatoes together in boiling salted water for 12 minutes. Drain.
Step 4
Transfer the pasta and potato mixture to an oiled baking dish.
Step 5
Mince the garlic and sprinkle it over the dish along with the grated dairy-free cheese.
Step 6
Drizzle with a little oil, season with salt and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes until golden.
Step 7
Remove from the oven and serve hot with fresh salad.
