Pasta and Vegetable Gratin
A comforting gratin with farfalle, tomatoes, and celery, bound with Gruyère cheese and baked until golden. Perfect for a family dinner.

Ingredients
- 250 g Farfalle
- 3 pieces Tomatoes
- 1 stalk Celery
- 100 g Gruyère
- 200 ml Tomato sauce
- 30 g Butter
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2
Cook the farfalle al dente in salted boiling water, then drain.
Step 3
Chop the tomatoes and celery into small pieces.
Step 4
In a baking dish, mix the pasta, tomatoes, celery, tomato sauce, and olive oil.
Step 5
Sprinkle with grated Gruyère and dot with small pieces of butter.
Step 6
Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is golden.
