Pasta Gratin with Red Berries and Honey
A surprising sweet and savory gratin with pasta, cheese, red berries caramelized in honey, and hazelnuts for an indulgent dessert. Serve warm as an original dish.

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 150 g Blueberries
- 150 g Strawberries
- 100 g Raspberries
- 60 g Grated Gruyère
- 2 piece Eggs
- 100 ml Crème fraîche
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 50 g Crushed hazelnuts
- 15 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2
Cook the pasta in salted water, then drain.
Step 3
Cut the strawberries into small pieces and leave the blueberries and raspberries whole.
Step 4
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the crème fraîche, salt, and pepper.
Step 5
In a buttered gratin dish, mix the pasta, red berries, honey, and hazelnuts.
Step 6
Pour the egg and cream mixture over the pasta, sprinkle with grated Gruyère.
Step 7
Bake for 15-20 minutes until the top is golden and the gratin is cooked through.
