Pasta Gratin with Roasted Carrots and Mushrooms
A hearty gratin with pasta, roasted carrots, and sautéed mushrooms, topped with golden breadcrumbs. Vegetarian comfort food without cheese or cream.

Ingredients
- 250 g Pasta
- 3 piece Carrots
- 250 g Button mushrooms
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 50 g Gluten-free breadcrumbs
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Cook the pasta for 10 minutes in a pot of boiling salted water. Drain.
Step 3
Meanwhile, cut the carrots into sticks and the mushrooms into thin slices. Sauté them in a pan for 8 minutes with 2 tbsp of oil.
Step 4
Combine the cooked pasta with the carrots and mushrooms in a baking dish.
Step 5
Sprinkle the breadcrumbs on top and dot with butter.
Step 6
Bake for 15 minutes until the top is golden. Serve hot.
