Baked Tuna and Cheese Pasta
A classic French comfort dish: spaghetti tossed with tuna and enrobed in a creamy béchamel sauce, gratinéed until golden. A complete meal ready in 35 minutes.
Ingredients
- 250 g Spaghetti
- 200 g Canned tuna
- 150 ml Crème fraîche
- 100 g Grated Gruyère
- 20 g Butter
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 tbsp Oil
- à volonté pinch Salt
- à volonté pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cook the spaghetti for 10 minutes in salted boiling water.
Step 2
Thinly slice the onion and sauté it in the skillet with oil for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add the drained tuna to the skillet, mix and cook for 1 minute.
Step 4
Pour the crème fraîche into the skillet and stir well with the tuna and onion.
Step 5
Drain the pasta and combine it with the tuna-cream sauce in a baking dish.
Step 6
Generously sprinkle with grated Gruyère and dot with small pieces of butter on top.
Step 7
Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbling.
