Baked Pasta with Parmesan and Broccoli
An easy and indulgent French-Italian classic with melted cheese and fresh vegetables cooked to perfection.

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 300 g Broccoli
- 80 g Grated Parmesan
- 80 g Grated Gruyère
- 250 ml Milk
- 30 g Butter
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 8 minutes (slightly al dente).
Step 2
Cut the broccoli into small florets and sauté in a pan with olive oil for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 4
In a saucepan, melt the butter and add the milk, then stir in the cheeses and mix well.
Step 5
Combine the drained pasta with the broccoli and cheese sauce. Pour into a baking dish.
Step 6
Bake for 10 minutes until the top is golden.
