Ham and Gruyère Pasta Gratin
A classic French comfort dish: pasta mixed with ham and topped with melted Gruyère. Hearty and satisfying.

Ingredients
- 300 g Pasta
- 200 g Ham
- 150 g Gruyère
- 2 tbsp Cheese
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2.5 l Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente.
Step 2
Cut the ham into pieces and grate the Gruyère.
Step 3
Drain the pasta and mix with the ham. Pour into a buttered baking dish.
Step 4
Top generously with grated Gruyère and cheese. Bake until golden for 15 minutes.
